Welcome to Advanced Menopause Relief's products and services! We have designed this site to include a series of products that compliment each other because we understand how difficult it can sometimes be to decide which products to take to achieve maximum health. For many people, taking a calcium supplement along with a multivitamin, and of course using natural progesterone cream, is a good base to start from. Keep in mind that everyone's biochemical makeup is different, and that is why no one supplement program fits all. To achieve optimum success we must experiment until we find what is right for us.

In some cases, you will find several selections within a product line (i.e., calcium) because we take into account that some folks are sensitive to some of the elements in a particular product. This selection of products also provides for those folks that are used to taking several capsules 2-3 times a day, versus just a few capsules a few times a day.
When making your decision on which product to use within a particular category, we recommend that you choose based on what you are used to taking. For example, if you are someone who has been on a supplement routine for some time, and you are used to taking several capsules a day, then we recommend that you begin with the higher doses. On the other hand, if you are just beginning a supplement routine you may want to consider products that require a lower dosage, such as 'take once in the morning, or one three times a day.'
